How to Order

 

1.1  Mail order

 

 

The order form can be downloaded from our site.  Please complete the form and email csupport@florist-lili.hk to our company.

 

1.2  Phone order

 

 

Please WhatsApp or call 5111 8196 to provide the following information to our Company:-

 

 

(a)           customer’s name and telephone number;

(b)          the ordered product content and product code;

(c)           the delivery date; and

(d)          the recipient’s name, address and telephone number.

 

1.3  Arrangements for orders on special occasions

 

 

In particular festivals (eg Valentine's Day, Christmas, etc.), our Company will be very busy, please place order at least 7 days prior to the delivery date, in order to ensure quality and timely delivery of goods.

Payment Methods

By cash transfers. Please deposit the invoice amount to “Florist Lili” bank account:-

After payment please inform us by instant messaging WhatsApp Tel No. 5111 8196 or email to csupport@florist-lili.hk the deposit record which stated with the customer name and order number.

 

2.2

Our Company will confirm the receipt of payment by phone. If you do not receive the confirmation within 24 hours, please call 5111 8196 for enquiry.

Delivery Service

 

 

We provide delivery services according to the address specified by the customer.  The earliest delivery time is order date +2 working days. (For example: Saturday ordered, the earliest delivery date is Monday), delivery time is 9:00 to 18:00.  For a specified time or early or late delivery, please notify our company no later than 24 hours before the delivery date.  Delivery costs vary according to different addresses.  For details, please refer to the "delivery charges."

Important Notes

 

4.1

Our site's samples are for reference only.  After receiving your order, we will remake with fresh floral.  In this arrangement, the actual product will have slightly difference with the samples in size, colour and shape.

 

4.2

We use fresh flowers for the product.  There may be seasonal and temporary supply shortage.  If the selected main flower can not supply or not fresh, to ensure that goods meet customer requirements, we will notify you by phone or email the replacement of main flower.  In case of shortage of flowers, packaging materials, containers, and other supplies, we will change without prior notice as it does not affect the overall flower arrangement.

 

4.3

Customers in confirming the order, all payment and delivery charges must be paid in 2 working days prior to delivery. (Example: Monday delivery, payment and delivery charges must be paid on the Saturday before), all amount paid shall not be refunded.

 

4.4

In the circumstances that the customer's delivery information provided is not correct, and if the recipient is absent or rejected to receive or not to acknowledge receipt, as such the goods can not be served.  In that cases the transaction is treated as complete.

 

4.5

If the recipient does not personally receive the goods, the goods will be handed over to the reception or collected by others.

 

4.6

In the events of typhoon signal number 8 is in effect, black rainstorm warning or severe weather conditions, the delivery of goods will be postponed on the next day.

 

4.7

If the delivery address has changed, please notify us 24 hours before the delivery date. Delayed notification, may not be accepted or may incur additional charges.

 

4.8

Under unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic jam, resulting that the goods cannot be delivered, we will notify customers by phone or e-mail, and then make further arrangements.
